According to the comments on the boing boing post about this, it belongs to a friend of @neilhimself, not Neil himself. He passed it on via Twitter.
And, while cool to look at, I think you'd have to have your ear pressed against the soundhole to hear the damn thing. Too much crap on the face of it for it to have any volume.
